Under UK GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), you can ask FixMate to permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. We will process your request within 30 days as required by law.
Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons (for example, HMRC tax compliance). Where this applies we will anonymise — not delete — and explain exactly what we kept and why.
